Northwest fence did a great job on our new cyclone fences. The crew of Dan, Dwayne, and Nick were very nice and got the job done. They went above and beyond setting up a nice kennel in our backyard for our little dog. All the fences were down and they cared about my dog! Nathan did the estimating and was very nice to work with. I would highly recommend Northwest Fencing.

Northwest Fence built a beautiful fence around my property last summer. They were both professional and friendly. From the estimate to the installation I was very impressed with their service. We changed the layout slightly just before installation and they were able to accommodate. I chose Northwest Fence because I have observed the quality of their work in my neighborhood. I expect my new fence to last for decades!

These guys were professional and very willing to accommodate and fix any problems.  We got a vinyl fence and gate – the guys were quick to communicate and even came out and added an additional handle on our gate, at no charge, when I mentioned it was a bit cumbersome.  Would recommend.

Once again I don’t write reviews online unless I get great service. I was turned on to these guys by a buddy who had them put in a fence a while back. His fence that was installed by Northwest Fence withstood the big windstorm and still looked great where other fences did not. Kevin their salesman was awesome.  He gave me detailed information on the products they offer, and the best way to install the fence in my yard (very knowledgeable). There was nothing hidden and was very honest. I don’t remember the names of the installers, but they also did a fantastic job! I could not be happier with the end result of my fence! I would recommend these guys to anyone that wants their fence to withstand Spokane’s climate and still look great! Great Company and look forward to working with them if needed again!

I recently had a 6′ vinyl fence installed by Northwest Fence.  There was some miscommunication at the beginning and as a result, I was not very happy with the installation.  I called the company and within a couple of hours, a field supervisor was at my residence to discuss the issue.  Northwest Fence ended up pulling and resetting several posts and within about a 1 1/2 weeks they reinstalled the fence to my satisfaction at no additional cost to me.  The only reason for the delay was that they needed to give the concrete a chance to dry for the new posts.  I was very impressed with their willingness to accept responsibility for the mistake and how quickly they were able to resolve the situation.  I am now very pleased with the final result and highly recommend this company for any of your fencing needs.

Our new vinyl fence was just installed replacing an old cedar one. Brandon was the Northwest rep we worked with. The written quote was clear and detailed unlike others we received and any and all questions we had were answered clearly so we had no doubts about the fence itself or the installation before we signed the contract. When the installation crew arrived the job was reviewed in detail and any questions were answered so that I knew exactly what to expect with the process of removal of the old fence and installation of the new. They did exactly what they said they would. We are very pleased with our new fence and have no reservations about recommending them or using them again.
